Gauge not important, just don't let the stuffing go through.

Stuff
cut yarn, leaving long tail (like 16-20")
draw through rem sts, pull tight & secure/knot.
This is the monster pill, not the cloud.



Now is the odd part. With the tail threaded to a yarn needle, skim just below the knit surface, catching the backs of most sts in the path, pulling tight before changing direction. This should force pulls and puckers and lumps to form, turning the pill into a cloud. It may take a little experimentation; it is all 'freehand', after all.



I had enough left of a tail to make the hanging loop, once I wove the yarn to the point I designated 'Top' of my cloud.
